![]() ![]() ![]() Play some cool mini-games involving letters. Word Wizard 3D ($TBA) Want some word games on your 3DS? Then try out Word Wizard 3D, a collection of word games from Enjoy Gaming. I think you need to play the game to understand what most of those things are and why the amount of them is important. World Conqueror 3D features five difficulty levels, three time periods, 10 battles, 17 military cards, 40 military troops, 11 belligerent states, and 243 territories. It appears to be a mixture of Advance Wars and Risk, as you move your different types of troops through a variety of territories across a Campaign mode and a Conquest mode. World Conqueror 3D ($TBA) From publisher Circle Entertainment comes World Conqueror 3D, a strategy RPG that is set during World War II. ![]() However, more than one murder is on the agenda, as a conspiracy unfolds revealing secret mysteries in New York. Secret Mysteries in New York, developed by Engine Software, is an adventure game where you play as Oscar Gaebelein (I don’t know how to pronounce that last name either), a forensic scientist with everything to prove and nothing to lose, as he helps police try to figure out who killed the politician in a local park. Secret Mysteries in New York ($TBA) New York is a mysterious place, especially in 1920 when politicians get murdered. Each character has a variety of different combos and super attacks, and you can mix and match 72 different costume sets to make your ideal ninja. Of course, this is the game known for having ninjas with giant bosoms, and they are displayed in stereoscopic 3D. It’s told in a visual novel style, and you can play through different campaigns with each school. The story consists of two rival ninja schools, the Hanzo and the Hebijo, fighting against each other. Senran Kagura Burst ($29.99) XSEED brings the Tamsoft-developed sidescrolling beat-’em-up that originally launched in Japan last year to the North American eShop. The Wii U version features four-player mayhem to boot and is developed by Firebrand Games, who have a long history of making racing games for Wii and DS. The challenges involve racing, performing stunts, and bobbing and weaving between obstacles. Hot Wheels: World’s Best Driver ($39.99) This new Hot Wheels game, originally coming to stores in September, features a variety of challenges that use various Hot Wheels vehicles, ranging from cars to motorcycles. If you don’t save the Dreamhouse? Well, I shudder to think what might happen. Totally meta, right? The only way to save the Dreamhouse is to party with friends playing these mini-games. Barbie Dreamhouse Party ($39.99, Available November 19) One normal day in the Barbie Dreamhouse turned awry when Raquelle, that rascal, flipped a switch and then everyone was in a video game where they had to play party games. It’s got four-player co-op and features the voice actors from the TV show, too. To save the Land of Ooo, players have to make it through the 100 levels of the Secret Royal Dungeon, which involves leveling up and defeating a whole ton of enemies using character’s abilities. Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW! ($39.99, Available November 19) The latest Adventure Time is essentially Diablo but with Finn, Jake, and more characters from the series. You might not look like the woman on the cover while doing it, but dang it, you can sure try as you move to songs by Lady Gaga, Pitbull and Daddy Yankee. Zumba Fitness World Party ($49.99, Available November 19) The latest Zumba Fitness game, developed by Zoe Mode (creators of the 3DS game Crush 3D), features more than 40 routines that promise to get your blood pumping. It even has online play, though it only works for about four of the events. If you want to do it on your Wii U while using the GamePad, then you can travel to virtual Russia with the Mario and Sonic gangs and compete in 24 events. Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games ($49.99, Available November 15) If you ever wanted to go skiing with Mario, Sonic, Tails, and Yoshi, then you could have done it four years ago with the Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
